All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We ship globally to most major regions. Standard estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in business days and begin from the dispatch date.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier system.

4. Customs & Border Delays

International shipments may occasionally experience customs holds, border inspections, or local carrier delays that are beyond our control. Nida is not responsible for external delays caused by customs agencies or regional logistics disruptions.
